keep getting sent around in a loop

Hi
When I try to downlaod the symbol library i get asked to punch in my email and click on a link sent to it. When I click on it I get sent back to the same downloadpage, I click on the relevant download link again and I get asked to punch in my email (again!) and so on...
Anyone can help???

Hi Karin,

Sorry for the trouble you are having. I just tested the download link that you were sent and it works for me. Since these links are specific to each user, I am emailing it to you. Could you please test it and then let me know here on the forum if it matches the link you were clicking on and if it is working for you now. I did notice that two emails to your address were rejected as spam this morning. I have already requested that your IT department no longer block these.
