Fixed tiny symbols problem with SVG palette version in Inkscape

There was a bug with symbol sizing in the SVG palette version that affected Inkscape users. This should be fixed now, so if you have this problem, please download the libraries again.

Let me know if anyone continues to have this problem, or sees any problems with the new version.
