After downloading the Full Version Automatic Installer in AI format, when I select it there will be a message stating that it is not a  valid win32 application

The likely problem is that the download did not complete properly. Please check the file size of the downloaded file against what is listed in the download email. This often also results in a "Bad CRC" error. Both these errors can be fixed by making sure you have a complete download. Some users have found that being connected to their companies VPN can cause downloads to be slow and timeout, resulting in an incomplete download.

Hope this helps,

Adrian

I had the same problem, when I checked the size of the file that downloaded to my system it was 0 bytes.  After reading Adrian's post I re-tried downloading the file 4 times; on the 4th try it came through fine and opened successfully (thanks Adrian!).

Just another update - some users who have received 0 kb files have found that disabling Norton Internet Security or other firewall on their computer has solved the problem.

Hope that helps someone else,

Adrian

rashid,

Have you tried downloading again? Have you made sure that the filesize is the same as it is meant to be? Have you tried disabling firewalls that might prevent .exe downloads?

Cheers,
Adrian
