Not receiving email with direct download link

Hi

I've registered as a user to download the symbol library (christina.mykytiuk@dec.wa.gov.au). I've attempted a number of times and have gotten to the stage where it says:

IMPORTANT! You will be sent the direct download link to Windows Full Version 5.1.1 Automatic Installer in AI format (.exe) via e-mail. Only users who have already registered will be sent the download link, therefore you must enter the same e-mail address you registered with.

However I never receive the email. When I try to go through the process again the following message come up:

The e-mail address "christina.mykytiuk@dec.wa.gov.au" still has an active download for "ian_symbols_5_1_1_full.exe". Another e-mail has been sent to "christina.mykytiuk@dec.wa.gov.au" with the direct link to download the Windows Full Version 5.1.1 Automatic Installer in AI format (.exe).

Hi Christina,

Our logs indicate that the email has been sent - I think you will find that the email is in your junk mail, or maybe trapped at your email server.

If you can't access the email, let me know and we'll sort something else out for you.

I have checked and double-checked my 'junk e-mail', 'quarantine' and 'large mail' folders and the email isn't anywhere to be found. I think we'll have to sort out an alternative option.
