Mr. Guy Stephens is the Director of Web Development for the Chesapeake Bay Program as part of a grant with the Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Stephens has worked for the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science since 2009. Mr. Stephens oversees the development of web products for the Chesapeake Bay Program partnership. The Chesapeake Bay Program is a partnership composed of federal and state agencies, local governments, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions. The Chesapeake Bay Program partnership has led and directed the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay since the Chesapeake Bay agreement of 1983. Mr. Stephens has over twenty years of experience developing websites with a focus on user experience. Mr. Stephens has a Bachelor of Science in Biology (marine emphasis) from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
