Coastal flooding that occurs on sunny, storm-free days can be caused by unusually high tides. Offshore storms can contribute to these tides, but are not always the cause. During these events, coastal storm drains can back up and flood streets and walkways. Video taken in Eastport, Annapolis, Maryland.
