Olivia (or “Liv” as she likes to be called) has been working in web development for the past 2 years. In 2021, she made the move from Pennsylvania to Annapolis after graduating from Penn State with a BS in Informational Sciences and Technology, and a BA in Political Science. She is excited to begin working with the UMCES team, and hopes to continue working in spaces where she can utilize technology to help shed light on and fix major environmental issues. This is the first position where Liv can meet this goal, and she could not be more thrilled. Liv will be continuing her education at University of Maryland in the fall of 2023 in pursuit of a Masters in Human-Computer Interaction.

Liv is very happy to now be living in Maryland and hopes to continue living close to the Bay. She has recently morphed into a Capitals fan and is sad they did not make it to the Stanley Cup this year, but plans to stay a lifelong Eagles fan out of respect for her hometown outside of Philadelphia. In her free time, Liv loves being on the water, exploring Downtown Annapolis, or gardening.
